Terms of Service

1.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and able to form a binding contract, to hold an account or to purchase or subscribe. A person under 18 may use the Service only with the involvement, supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf; minors may not make payments or enter into subscriptions. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2.What the Service does

NavAstra calculates Vedic astrological charts deterministically and uses AI to interpret and explain those calculations, including reports and timing windows for life matters such as marriage, career, wealth and children. The calculation layer is software; the AI layer only interprets the calculated data.

3.Astrology is for guidance only — important

• Astrological content reflects traditional Jyotish interpretive frameworks. It is provided for personal insight and guidance only and is not a statement of fact or a guaranteed prediction of the future.
• Timing windows are astrological probabilities, not certainties, and the Service cannot know whether a life event has actually occurred.
• The Service is not a substitute for professional advice. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice, and must not be relied on as such.
• You are solely responsible for the decisions you make. Always consult a qualified professional for important medical, legal or financial matters.

4.Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.

5.Plans, payments and taxes

• Some features are free; others require a one-time purchase or a subscription. Prices are shown before you pay and are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider. Applicable taxes may be added.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6.Your content and data

You retain ownership of the birth details and questions you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that data to provide the Service and, as described in our Privacy Policy, to improve accuracy. You confirm you have the right to submit data about any person whose birth profile you create.

7.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or to harm, harass or defraud others;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the Service or its infrastructure;
• resell or redistribute reports or outputs except as expressly permitted; or
• submit another living person’s sensitive data without a lawful basis to do so.

8.Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, calculation engine, prompts and content are owned by Kashi Labs and protected by law. Reports we generate for you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell or create derivative products from the Service without our written permission.

9.Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that interpretations, timing windows or reports are accurate, complete or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kashi Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for any decision you make in reliance on the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

10.Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Kashi Labs against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

11.Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to us.

12.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

13.Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date will change and, for material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Questions: [email protected].
